Gastro-oesophageal reflux | Burning sensation in chest, symptoms usually after meals, difficulty in lying flat, acidic taste due to regurgitation |
Anxiety disorder | Excessive fear, feeling of impending doom, tachycardia, palpitations often with mental health conditions |
Insomnia | Prolonged lack of sleep without any other identifiable physical pathologies |
